Refund policy
We hope you love your Just Follow Your Art items! To request a return, please review our policy below and email hello@justfollowyourart.com.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We are a small business and really appreciate you contacting us within a few days of receiving your order if you need an exchange or return!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If I see any damages, I cannot offer a refund or store credit. If you would like me to ship the damaged item back to you, you are responsible for the shipping cost.
Custom orders, final sale, personalize products, digital products, and gift cards are not eligible for a return.
Shipping costs for your original order are not refundable.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
- To request a return, email us at hello@justfollowyourart.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If your return is accepted, we will email instructions on how and where to send your package. Your order number or packing slip must be included with your return in order for me to process your refund.
- If your return is accepted, items must be received by Just Follow Your Art within 14 days.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. I recommend that you use a trackable shipping service (I find that USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail are the most cost effective). I am not responsible for lost packages, but you can be refunded for a lost package by USPS if you use USPS Priority Mail service.
REFUNDS:
- Once your return is received, I'll inspect it for any damages and will process the return if the item arrives in the same (good) condition that it was sent to you and in the original packaging.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be finalized and you will be refunded on your original payment method.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Thank you for your patience!
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! You have 30 calendar days from the date your item ships to notify me of a damaged item.
- Email hello@justfollowyourart.com with pictures of damage to the item, including pictures of the products and also pictures of packaging (box/bubble mailer). In your email please provide your order number.
- Photos of damaged products will be assessed and if it is determined the products must be shipped back to Just Follow Your Art, the customer will not be responsible for shipping costs.
- Once accepted, a new item will be shipped to you within 5 business days.
- Just Follow Your Art will cover the shipping cost for replacing damaged items.
- If the product that arrived damaged has since sold out, a refund will be sent instead of a replacement.
EXCEPTIONS:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, digital downloads, personalized products, custom commissions, mystery bundles or gift cards.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
